Are We There Yet?
It’s official. At some point during the last 24 hours the flip switched. I am officially ready for warmer weather. Perhaps it was the thermometer reading 17 degrees again when I woke up this morning. Perhaps it was the moment I walked outside and the cold wind literally knocked the breath out of me. I don’t know. All I know is I have reached my capacity for tolerance to the cold. I have no more tolerance! Do you hear that groundhog? Do you read me Mother Nature? I want to be this girl again…
I could not agree with you more. Even in Cali (no where near 17 degrees, but still) it has been unseasonably cold.

ReplyDeletei have been feeling this way for a few weeks now. this winter in PA has been long, cold, wet, and has wore out it's welcome with me. i'd be happy with light jacket/silk scarf weather. tomorrow we get just a taste-i want the whole thing!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I totally agree! Today I was looking at some photos in which I wear summer dresses and I couldn't believe that girl is me...hopefully I'm still bright colored under this current grey appearance!!!

Exactly! I can only take the seasons for so long. The one I could take forever, though, is Autumn, and it seems we were robbed of it last year.
