Give me a reason to get out of the city...

Foggy Day

- 70s dress
- thrifted J. Crew cashmere cardigan
- vintage hat
- Jeffrey Campbell shoes
- thrifted belt
- listening to: The National - High Violet "Lemonworld"

I wasn't sure I was happy with how these photos turned out when I first looked at them. They're a bit grainy and hazy but honestly, that's just what kind of day it was. There was a light mist falling the whole time I was taking these and by the end I was all damp. After all the hot days we've been having I didn't mind at all!

  6. I know you're not sure about them, but I love the pictures! They have such a old, classic feel to them (no doubt helped by your adorable outfit). I'm totally in love with the pattern on your dress; it's so cute! And it matched your hair. Majorly impressed. Love the hat, as well.

  21. Great outfit! And I love the shots. They are quite similar to an editorial I cut out of a magazine a year or two ago. Since then I have been waiting for the chance to do a shoot like it (I'm a stylist). Then, just last week a photographer I was working with mentioned he would like to do a shoot in a wooded area. Bingo! I already have the location. Now I just need to find the perfect outfit. You have been an inspiration. Thanks!
