This weekend was a really fun one, filled with touristy trips, antique shopping and perfect fall weather. I've got loads of photos to come, but for now here are a few photos Tom and I took a little bit ago when I was playing dress up in some beautiful dresses that Megan from 13Bees Vintage kindly sent for me to try out. We're back in the abandoned lace factory, in the manufacturing part of the building. These machines were HUGE! The threads that were used to weave the lace were still in the machinery with unfinished sheet of lace hanging from each one. It was so eerie and quiet in this room but I can imagine at one time it was quite noisy with those giant machines clacking away.
