I'll be the first to admit that I'm not much of a jewelry kind of girl. I love to look through vintage pieces at flea markets and thrift stores, but when it comes to wearing it, well... I just never do. My daily jewelry consists of a pair of tiny gold hoop earrings that I haven't taken out for the past ten years and a bracelet I bought in Mexico that I haven't taken off in about 6 years. Every once in a while I'll slip on another pair of earrings or throw on a chain necklace but not too often. Despite all this, I find myself quite taken with the typewriter key jewelry from Junxtaposition. Perhaps it's the vintage feel of the keys or the fact that each one is unique. You can pick which letter or letters you like and build a necklace or a charm bracelet. Sounds like the perfect Christmas gift idea to me.

you should also check out the type writer key necklaces at the etsy shop, contrary.
awesome! i want those!
I think the necklaces are great. I will have to work on this "not much of a jewelry girl" thing. ;-)
You know, I hadn't worn jewelry in years before my now-husband bought me earrings in 1998. Look how THAT turned out!
I remember seeing things like these in a store in Louisville-- I loved them, and I'm not much of a jewelry person either. They were bracelets, though, and I can't ever bring myself to wear a bracelet, not even one as adorable as that. A necklace would be great though!
these are cute!
Those are adorable. I've seen them sold at the street fair on the lower east side, but they never had a J, so I ended up with a vintage initial charm, but these... these are really cute!
