My plans for photo-taking this afternoon have been thwarted by the rain. Instead I'm curled up on the couch surrounded by cats, still in my pajamas, watching old TV shows on my computer. Not a bad way to spend a day. Instead of leaving you empty handed, I've compiled a collection of my favorite photos of one of my favorite fashion inspirations, French 60's pop star Françoise Hardy. Enjoy!

I've never listened to Francoise Hardy before. But now I have her playing in the reception lobby of my office. She's really lovely. Thanks for the recommendation!
I love her style... photos of her always make me wish I had straight hair. ;) I've never really listened to much of her music, but really should!!
OMG I never realised that, but she looks like my mom!! (?)
shes gorgeous, such a natural beauty
Francois Hardy is one of my bigger fashion inspirations. I love her music and she is so beautiful.
one of my favorite things about watching old 60s movies, especially french ones, is the eyeliner the ladies wear. i've been wearing my eyeliner like that everyday for nearly four years now :)
love those pictures of her playing guitar...
Francoise Hardy is so beautiful, she somehow manages to be thoroughly classy and elegant, and at the same time have this free, hippy almost garconne look about her. Totally agree with Kristen about the eyeliner, too!
Hello Sally! I really love your blog and I read it every day. I´ve wrote about you on my blog, so i borrowd one of your collage, if that is OK? I wrote on swedisch, so if you wanna know that I wrote, you can ask! BYE!
