Joanie Loves Vintage

a
photos from In Style Weddings via Once Wed

Posting wedding photos on this blog is usually not my thing but I guess there's a first time for everything. Especially when the bride is the gorgeous Christina Hendricks (aka Joan from Mad Men) and she dresses all of her bridesmaids in vintage. Don't they look charming and delightfully a bit off-beat?

Love it! I'm getting married this year and found some lovely dresses at thefrock.com Not the kind of vintage I can afford haha but nice to look at :-)

Oh i wish I would have done this for my wedding! I had a beautiful vintage style gown, veil and shawl (my mother hand knitted it) but my bridesmaids were not in the same style. It would have been cool to get them some really vintage dresses. Oh well! There are pics on my blog from November I believe if you want to see the gown I wore. I loved it.

Christina Hendricks is my favourite on Mad Men! What a lovely wedding. The second bridesmaid from the left has the prettiest blue dress.

I added you to my blog roll! =)

That's amazing!
I always have wanted to have all my bridesmaids wear different dresses to suit their own styles and personalities. And vintage, of course.

What a beautiful wedding! The vintage theme works so well with these two. It looks so... real, not posed like so many celebrity wedding photos. So pretty! Thanks for sharing.

She is fucking unbelievable. I mean, who looks like that? How is it humanly possible?
I've always loved the idea of not having bridesmaids in little matching dresses, the picture of her bridal party is so much more interesting because of the differences.
