Rather than the usual gussied up outfit post, I thought I'd do a casual going-thrifting sort of outfit. I'm not a big jeans-wearer but I do love how high waisted these are. The sweater is one I thrifted but is originally from the Gap. I also have it in black and white. They're the best soft wool!
I'm still trying to figure out the best way to deal with the hair-growing-out situation. My best defense these days is the messy side ponytail. I got the idea from this hair tutorial. I'm also trying out the one with three buns. I haven't quite gotten that one down yet. :)
Today I'm taking a little road trip to visit some thrift and vintage stores that I don't usually get to during the week. I've got my fingers crossed that I come home with lots of goodies for the Etsy shop. Speaking of the Etsy shop, I'll be adding 35 more spring pieces this week. Yay!

So odd, I 'nearly' thrifted the exact same sweater here in England a few months ago but decided it was too small. I got a profound sense of de ja vu when I saw this post!! x
I think this is a perfectly lovely outfit for a day of thrifting. I've yet to find a pair of high-waisted jeans that I really like, but yours look great! (And side ponytails and braids are my go-to hairstyles for in-between hair as well.)
How long are you wanting to grow your hair out? I like the side ponytail with the ribbon, for the record. I have pretty long hair, and I hardly do anything with it...

Those flats are so cute! Vintage heels are something I find regularly, but I wish I found more boots and flats in good condition.

that pony tail does look cute. if your trying to grow it, just stick with it! it will pay off eventually. but i too get tempted to cut mine into a bob sometimes!
and im pretty sure i used to own that sweater in my teen years. i thrift gap all the time!
