Palm Springs

I thought that on this, perhaps the hottest day of the year so far, it would be appropriate to revisit the hottest place I've been all year... Palm Springs! We didn't stay in Palm Springs, just passed through on our drive to Joshua Tree. I love rounding the bend and seeing all of those windmills suddenly appear on the horizon like strange, gangly alien beings.

I like the desolate location, but not so into the very modern windmills on a *visual* level. I'm liking the tree branch approach!

What a gorgeous setting! I'm really curious how you manage to take pictures on such a place without getting kicked off or getting caught for trespassing.

Wow, the location is so pretty! <3 I saw a video of the wind farm the other day, but didn't know where it was. Now I finally know; Palm Springs! Eek!

My grandma lives in Palm Springs and I always like seeing the windmills when we visit her. Your dress is just breathtaking and fits perfectly with your surroundings. I hope you had fun in Joshua Tree.

I love Palm Springs and that whole low desert area in general. I want to try to get out there in August to see the meteor shower, I bet it'll be amazing. Have you ever seen the river that flows under the freeway in Palm Springs because if not, it's really awesome and so unexpected, a definite must see :)

I love those pictures. Close to nature, chic but easily wearable dress, so nice. And the landscape with that dry land on first rank and the snowy mountains behind, amazing.

Lots of live
